Shipping Policy for Merch
Where do you ship to in the US?
Wild Tonic branded merchandise can currently be shipped to all 50 states across the USA.
When will my order ship?
For all zip codes, we offer standard shipping options. Our freight partner delivers Monday - Saturday. You can expect the following delivery times:
Two-Day Delivery:
- Monday - Wednesday if ordered by 10:00 a.m.
- For orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, delivery will be made on Wednesday.
How do I track my order?
When your order is processed, you will receive a UPS tracking number. Please use this tracking number for additional information regarding your shipment.
How are my items shipped?
We ensure that all merchandise is carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
Do I have to be present to accept my delivery?
No, our merchandise does not require a signature and can be left in a safe place as determined by our delivery partner.
What if my package does not arrive?

What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my order?
If you want to modify or cancel before the shipment has left our facility, please email weborders@wildtonic.com.

Shipping Policy for NA Products
Where do you ship to in the US?
Wild Tonic non-alcoholic beverages can currently be shipped to the United States, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.
When will my order ship?
Orders will be built within 24 hours after order placement and ship on the following Monday - Thursday. Â
Two-Day Delivery:
2-Day or overnight delivery is required for refrigerated beverages to limit the possibility of warm product being delivered. Our shipping goes through USPS which delivers Monday – Saturday.
How do I track my order?
Once order has shipped email used for order placement will receive USPS tracking information that can be used to track order for delivery updates through www.usps.com.
How are my items shipped?
All non-alcoholic products are shipped securely in insulated cubic packaging.
Do I have to be present to accept my delivery?
No, signature is not required for delivery to be carried out. Please be advised that product needs to be refrigerated upon arrival and leaving your order outside and/or outside of refrigeration for extended amount of time can compromise product integrity. Wild Tonic is not responsible for lost or stolen product packages, product that has been left out for an extended amount of time, weather or other unrelated delays, or incorrect addresses. We will ship to the address entered at checkout, please double check your address before finalizing your order.

What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my order?
If you want to modify or cancel before shipment has left our facility, please weborders@wildtonic.com. Â After order has shipped, modifications or cancelations cannot be carried out.

Shipping Policy for Alcohol Products
Where do you ship to in the US?
Wild Tonic alcohol beverages can currently be shipped to the continental US only. Please note we cannot ship to a PO box.
When will my order ship?
Orders are fulfilled in 3-5 days. Standard delivery can take another 3-8 business days, depending on location.
Do I have to be present to accept my delivery?
Your product will be delivered straight to your door and any order containing alcohol will require an adult signature and ID check upon delivery.
Our delivery service will make up to three attempts to deliver the package to the intended recipient at the provided address. If the package remains undeliverable after three delivery attempts, it will be deemed “undeliverable” and returned to the retailer. The recipient of the undeliverable package will be responsible for paying the following fees:
- If a refund is requested, the recipient would be charged an Undeliverable
- Package Fee, a flat fee of $25, which will be deducted from their refund. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- If a Reshipment is requested, a flat fee of $40 will be charged to cover both the reshipment and the undeliverable package fee.
Who will ship my product?
Orders containing alcohol are fulfilled by licensed 3rd party retailers in the AccelPay network. Retailers use a variety of fulfillment carriers including GLS and UPS. Note: If your order contains both alcohol, non-alcohol products and merchandise, they will be sent in separate shipments.
What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be edited after they are placed. Orders may be requested to be canceled until they are shipped. A request to cancel does not guarantee cancellation. Please send requests to onlineorders@wildtonic.com.
What do I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, our team will work to make it right! Send us an email at onlineorders@wildtonic.com  with a photo of the damaged order and we will coordinate a reshipment within 3 business days.
Can I get a refund?
We can process refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please send us a photo of the damaged or incorrect shipment to onlineorders@wildtonic.com.
