What Are the Health Benefits?

WILD TONIC® is USDA Organic and contains honey, green tea as well as naturally occurring prebiotics, probiotics, amino acids, and enzymes. While these elements may support gut health and vitality, we do not make specific health claims.

What Is Jun?

Jun is a rare cousin of kombucha, traditionally fermented with organic green tea and honey instead of black tea and cane sugar. The result is a lighter, smoother, and more delicate taste experience. Wild Tonic® is brewed using a proprietary Jun SCOBY and features a variety of the top probiotic strains to support gut health. 

Do You Offer Tours or Tastings?

What is Wild Tonic's Ingredients ?

We use organic, sustainably sourced ingredients to craft our signature smooth, subtle, and sophisticated drinking experience. Specific sourcing details are proprietary.

Sugar Ingredient

Our non-alcoholic Jun is fermented with organic honey only—no refined sugars. Our Hard Jun
uses mostly honey, with a small amount of cane sugar to support fermentation and alcohol
development.

Caffeine Ingredient

WILD TONIC® contains approximately 7mg of caffeine per 12 oz. serving—less than a decaf
coffee (2–12mg).

CFUs / Probiotic Counts

Because probiotic levels fluctuate naturally, we do not publish specific CFU counts. However, Wild Tonic® includes a variety of the top strains of probiotics.

Wild Tonic Shelf Life

Our non-alcoholic Jun has a shelf life of 300 days from date of production, and our Hard Jun
(both 4% and 5.6% ABV) has a shelf life of 455 days from date of production. All products should be
refrigerated after opening and consumed within a few days for best flavor and carbonation.

Shelf Life Once Opened

Jun is naturally resistant to spoilage but should be refrigerated. Once opened, it’s best consumed within several days for optimal carbonation and flavor.

Alcohol Content

Our non-alcoholic Jun contains trace amounts of alcohol and is well under the 0.5%
threshold required to be considered alcoholic. Our Hard Jun is available in two strengths: 4% and 5.6%
ABV. Both are fermented using organic honey, with a small amount of cane sugar added to support
fermentation and alcohol development, resulting in a smooth, refreshing taste.

Yes, all of our products are gluten-free and manufactured in a gluten-free facility.

Can I Drink WILD TONIC® During Pregnancy?

While our non-alcoholic drinks contain only trace amounts of caffeine and no alcohol, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before consuming any fermented beverages during pregnancy.
