Where do you ship to in the US?

Wild Tonic can currently ship our Traditional Jun Kombucha (Non-Alcohol) to all 50 states across the USA.

When will my order ship?

With the influx of online orders due to Covid-19 and shipping delays with our fulfillment partner, FedEx, you may experience a delay in shipping. For all zip codes, we offer standard shipping options. Our freight partner delivers Monday - Saturday. For additional shipping information, please see below:  

  • Next day delivery

    • Monday - Thursday if ordered by 10:00 a.m.

    • For orders created Friday, Saturday & Sunday

      • Delivery will be made on Tuesday

  • Two-day delivery

    • Monday - Wednesday if ordered by 10:00 a.m.

    • For orders created Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

      • Delivery will be made on Wednesday

       

How do I track my order?

When your order is processed, you will receive a UPS tracking number. Please use this tracking number for additional information regarding your shipment. 

How are my items shipped?

We ship our Traditional in a Master Case with an insulated box liner and ice packs so that the product stays sufficiently chilled in transit. We highly recommend once delivered, placing our kombucha into a cold refrigerated setting as soon as possible and drinking when thoroughly chilled, best enjoyed at 40 degrees Fahrenheit. 

Do I have to be present to accept my delivery?

Traditional Jun Kombucha (Non-Alcohol) No: Our Traditional Jun Kombucha (Non-Alcohol) does not require a signature and can be left in a safe place as determined by our delivery partner.

Do I have to be 21+ to order?

Traditional Jun Kombucha (Non-Alcohol) does not require a person 21+ to order.

What if my package does not arrive?

What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my order?

If you want to modify or cancel before the shipment has left the brewery, please email weborders@wildtonic.com 

What do I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Email us at weborders@wildtonic.com with the details and a photo of the damaged / incorrect order. 

Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of online orders of our Kombucha beverages through our website due to the nature of the product. If you experience an issue with your order, please email weborders@wildtonic.com. We'll do everything we can to make it up to you! Any returns or refunds for products purchased from a retail store or from another location other than our website should be directed to where the product was purchased.
