4 oz (120 mL) Wild Tonic Honey Ruby Cosmo

0.5 oz (15 mL) fresh lime juice

2 oz (60 mL) chilled soda water

Optional: 2 dashes non-alcoholic orange bitters

 

Method: Build over ice and gently stir.

Glass: Wine glass

Garnish: Orange peel + lime wheel

Pink Basil Cosmo
 

4 oz (120 mL) Honey Ruby Cosmo

0.25 oz (7 mL) fresh lemon juice

3–4 fresh basil leaves

 

Method: Lightly muddle basil with lemon; add Cosmo, shake hard with ice, fine strain.

Glass: Coupe

Garnish: Slapped basil leaf


Frozen Ruby Crush
 

6 oz (180 mL) Honey Ruby Cosmo

1 oz (30 mL) 100% unsweetened cranberry or pomegranate juice

1 cup ice (≈150 g)

 

Method: Blend to a light slush (splash of soda if too thick).

Glass: Rocks

Garnish: Pomegranate arils or lime wedge
