Pineapple Paloma Highball
 

4 oz (120 mL) Wild Tonic Honey Pineapple Paloma

1 oz (30 mL) fresh grapefruit juice

0.5 oz (15 mL) fresh lime juice

2 oz (60 mL) soda water

 

Method: Build over ice and quick stir.

Glass: Highball

Garnish: Grapefruit slice + pineapple frond (optional grapefruit-salt rim)

4 oz (120 mL) Honey Pineapple Paloma

0.5 oz (15 mL) fresh lime juice

2–3 jalapeño coins (seeded for mild)

Top with 2 oz (60 mL) soda water

 

Method: Lightly muddle jalapeño with lime; add base and ice; top with soda; lift with bar spoon.

Glass: Collins

Garnish: Tajín rim + pineapple spear

3 oz (90 mL) Honey Pineapple Paloma

2 oz (60 mL) unsweetened coconut water

2 oz (60 mL) soda water

Squeeze of lime

 

Method: Build over ice and gently stir.

Glass: Wine glass

Garnish: Lime wheel (tiny pinch flaky salt optional)
