Classic Copper Ginger Mule
 

0.5 oz (15 mL) fresh lime juice

Optional: 2 oz (60 mL) soda water for extra fizz

Lime wedges, to serve

 

Method: Build over ice and quick stir.

Glass: Copper mug

Garnish: Mint sprig + fresh ginger slice (or candied ginger if allowed)

Cucumber Garden Mule
 

4 oz (120 mL) Honey Ginger Mule

3 thin cucumber slices

2 mint leaves

0.5 oz (15 mL) fresh lime juice

2 oz (60 mL) soda water

 

Method: Lightly press cucumber and mint with lime; add base and ice; top with soda; lift with bar spoon.

Glass: Highball

Garnish: Long cucumber ribbon + mint sprig


Orchard Mule
 

3.5 oz (105 mL) Honey Ginger Mule

1.5 oz (45 mL) unsweetened cloudy apple cider (non-alc)

 

Method: Shake with ice; strain over fresh ice.

Glass: Rocks

Garnish: Thin apple fan; light dusting of cinnamon (optional)
